VIDEO TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE -- CHECK BACK SOON

Well, this is awkward. Lana Del Rey and Lady Gaga, if you can even imagine, used to be friends. They might still be friends, if Lady Gaga hasn't heard this song yet. Because this song is terrible. In multiple ways.

See, this song here, "So Legit," is a leaked song that Lana did at some point in time. It could have been many years ago, or it could have been last week, we don't really know. We also don't know for sure if this song is even Lana Del Rey -- she hasn't commented on it yet, and neither have her reps -- but MTV and NME are both reporting this, and they both know music. So let's just go with it.

If you can't listen to the song yet, or if you can't understand Lana's warbling, the song tells the story of the time before Lana and Gaga were famous, back when they were both playing shows in New York, trying to make it. The whole song is directed at Gaga, but here's one of the cattiest parts:

You're looking like a man, you're talking like a baby
How the f--- is your song in a Coke commercial, crazy?
I don't get it

And, of course, this:

Stefani, you suck, I know you're selling twenty million
Wish they could have seen you when we booed you off in Williamsburg

The title, hilariously enough, comes from a line in which Lana sings that Gaga told her that she was "the queen of the downtown scene," but then Gaga went and became famous first, and even now that people know Lana, too, she's still about a zillion times more famous. Lana asks how Lady Gaga could replace her, singing "I don't get it, I'm so legit." So basically, AHAHAHA.

Man, don't you just love catty moments like this?
