"When I got divorced, I considered becoming a monk. When you're a monk, you're not allowed to have sex with anyone. When you're married, it's one person. That's one more than a monk. It's not that different. I'd be having sex thinking, 'Think of anyone, anyone else'."

--Russell Brand on either slamming Katy Perry's sack skills, or really showcasing his sexual compulsions and addictions in a way that's too flippant to be looked at kindly.

We get it, Russell: you're a recovering basically everything, but joking about something like that -- something that concerns another person, even if it is the ever-annoying Katy Perry -- is just rude and doesn't say a whole lot with regard to anything at all being sacred. Do better, OK? You were doing so well for awhile there.
