Justin Bieber needs a hug in the worst way. Just think about the week he's had: his birthday was ruined, he collapsed on stage, everyone saw him freak out on a paparazzo. Those may not seem like big deals to you, but keep in mind that Justin is super mega famous, enough that a whole disease was named after him (actually, Bieber Fever might be more like an epidemic). He's in a different, more annoying universe than we are, and in his universe, this week sucked.

Which is why after TMZ posted that footage of his weird aggressiveness, he tweeted these things: Seriously, how can you not want to give this kid a hug? He's like a little baby porcupine, and even though his little needles are sharp, he doesn't really mean to hurt you. That's just the way he was made! And if you don't think about how bad those needles are going to feel, you can admit the porcupine is kind of cute, right? Do you get the porcupine analogy yet? It's not Justin's fault, you guys.

Maybe what this kid really needs is to just go home to his mother's house, eat some Bagel Bites, and relax. I bet he hasn't even seen like 60% of Spongebob, you know? He needs to just take some time to be a dumb teenager, and then maybe he'll be ready to handle all this.

NOW HUG THIS BOY.
