That little girl in the photo is the biggest fan in question: her name is Briana Tejada, and she passed away on Sunday after battling leukemia. She really loved her some Justin Bieber though - look at that picture, she was so psyched! - and he was kind enough to take some time to tweet out a message in her honor:

Then Briana's family saw it and responded like this:

And now everyone is crying, because sometimes Justin Bieber is a sweetheart, and this is one of those times. Would it be corny to say that we should all be Beliebers today?
