It's 2013, And Paris Hilton is STILL Mad at Kim Kardashian

Usually it's a bad idea to hold onto grudges, but in the case of Paris Hilton, it's kind of understandable. After all, what if you were the one who figured out that if you had a wealthy family, hit up a lot of clubs, then filmed a sex tape and "leaked" it, then you'd become super mega famous, and then someone straight up ripped off your formula and perfected it? Because that's precisely what happened: Kim Kardashian did exactly what Paris did, except Kim was able to make her whole entire family super mega famous too, and she's managed to make it stick. Probably we'll be talking about Kardashians for generations to come, and Paris will quietly fade away, unable to grasp on to "The Simple Life" ever again.

But anyway, that's what happened, and that's why Paris hates Kim. And that's why, when asked about Kim copying Paris' moves and getting famous, too, Paris said this:

"People say it all the time, but it’s not something I really think about. I’ve seen a lot of girls in Hollywood try to duplicate what I’ve done because I was the first one to do all of this. I think it’s flattering to see that people want to be like me, I guess."

Uh, OK. Way to be modest, Paris. Did you ever think that maybe all those girls' thought processes were more like "Hey, if this dummy can get famous, then so can I!" rather than "I want to be Paris Hilton when I grow up"? Because one of those scenarios sounds way more likely, and it's not the one that you're thinking of.
