Dang, guys, why does Harry Potter have to go and be so negative lately about basically everything that gives us joy when we consider it, even if it's a flagrant lie? Gosh, it's like Daniel Radcliffe just wants to kill his darlings and Harry Potter, all while spitting in the face of marital commitment to a lovely girl in order to add insult to injury.

Take this recent interview for example -- there's an awful lot of angst and emphatic negations in it:

"No! Absolute bollocks. Absolute bollocks." -- what Dan said when asked if he and his girlfriend were getting married. I'd almost be offended if I were the poor girl.

"I know nothing about that. ... A while ago [Harry Potter execs] asked me to do more stuff for the theme park, and that was my moment to try and draw a line because that theme park is going to keep expanding ... and there’s going to come a point where I’m going to be 30 years old, and if I was still doing that then, that would be a huge problem." --what Dan said when asked if he had any involvement in the Universal Studios Harry Potter park. Jeez.

“The last person I saw from Potter was Rupert [Grint], actually, and I saw him a couple of months ago at a theater awards thing in London ...  I haven’t spoken to Emma [Watson] in a long, long while." --finally, trying to continue elbowing more distance between himself and the other "Harry Potter" stars, because break our hearts into a million pieces, why don't you, Daniel?
