--TLC on the unpopularly popular antics of those like Miley Cyrus and Rihanna, who rely on their nipples and buttocks to garner attention, despite the fact that many times it's more like car crash victim attention rather than actual artistic admiration that some of their contemporaries -- like Lady Gaga, Lorde, and others get -- instead.
When is the world -- or at least those glamorizing overt, inappropriately-placed sexuality -- going to learn? Come on now. This is some advice straight out of "Waterfalls," don't you know.
