Quotables: Let Us Bow Down to The Supreme Greatness of Marion Cotillard
''I'm never really aware [her appearance] because I'm not very interested in it. I don't need it. Sometimes people I work with read blogs, so I see the occasional thing about myself. It makes me laugh because either way you can't change anything. It's not the end of the world if you look like s---!''
--Marion Cotillard discusses her loveliness and how she doesn't even care about it. Bless her.
Wouldn't it be so incredibly wonderful if more people had this kind of outlook? Like, yeah, it might be easier for someone like Marion to say that appearances don't matter, but if just everyone could band together and acknowledge that facial features or fashion savvy or weight or makeup skills just don't affect who you are as a person, would that not be just the greatest thing that ever was?
Thank you, Marion. Please preach more of this always.
